Anne graduated from the Business Administration program at Red River Community College in 1986 and started working in the insurance industry shortly after. In 1992, she went to work for H & R Block as a tax preparer. She came back to the insurance industry in 1997 when she started working at Interlake Insurance.

Anne obtained her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers designation in 2009, holds a Level 3 General Insurance Licence, and studied Management and Administration at the University of Manitoba, graduating with honours in 2016.

Anne enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, knitting, gardening, reading, and sailing. She has volunteered with the Canadian Cancer Society, Terry Fox Foundation, the Icelandic Festival Committee, Gimli & District Kiwanis, Canadian Blood Services and is the current Vice-Chair of her church board.

Melissa has almost lived her whole life in Gimli. She started working as a cashier while still in high school. After high school, she worked as a conveyancing clerk for a real estate office and then at an insurance brokerage from 2007. She has been working at Interlake Insurance since 2009.

Melissa obtained her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers designation with honours in 2011 and holds a Level 3 General Insurance Licence.

Melissa enjoys spending time with family and participating in the Gimli mixed dart league. She is a Past Secretary of the Gimli Legion executive.

Shawna has worked in the insurance industry since 2005. Her previous work experience is with Interlake Forage Seeds. Shawna has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, has completed her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers designation and holds a Level 3 General Insurance Licence.

Shawna has lived in Arborg all her life. She enjoys curling, and attending her children’s activities. Shawna volunteers with the Arborg Terry Fox Committee.

Josie has worked in the insurance industry for since 2004, when she started working with Interlake Insurance. She has previously worked in retail and human resources. Josie holds a Level 2 General Insurance Licence, and is working towards her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation.

Josie has lived all of her life in the area, and enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and fishing.

Holly has recently joined the industry, having started with Interlake Insurance in December of 2018. She hold a Level 1 General Insurance Licence. Her previous work experience is as a Head Cook with Chicken Chef.

Holly has lived all of her life in the Arborg area. She enjoys gardening, reading, baking, cooking, and crafting. Holly is currently the Chairperson of the Arborg Playgroup.

Marsha has previously worked as a pharmacy technician, before joining the insurance industry in 2003. She obtained her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers Designation in 2011 and holds a Level 3 General Insurance Licence.

Marsha has lived in the area since 2003. In her spare time, Marsha enjoys health and fitness, and photography.

Amanda has recently joined the insurance industry, having started with Interlake Insurance in December of 2018. She holds a Level 1 General Insurance Licence. Prior to joining the industry, Amanda worked in office/clerical roles.

Amanda has lived in Riverton since 1997, and enjoys family friendly activities, board games, and bike riding.

Rachelle is a Level II Insurance Broker, having worked in the industry for seven years, the last two years with Interlake Insurance. She was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2014 with her former employer, as well as played a role in the team awarded Office of the Year in 2017, and Community Involvement Award in 2018. 

Rachelle was born & raised in Winnipeg, but as a young adult soon ventured out to the Interlake & says she will never move back to the city. Rachelle loves the outdoors & spending time with her husband, son & two dogs. Rachelle's hobbies include camping, quadding and ice fishing. Rachelle has also enjoyed spending time as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. 

Rick has been working in the insurance industry since 2009, and currently holds a Level II General Insurance Licence.

His role as an Insurance Broker primarily started with auto, and slowly expanded into nearly every other aspect of personal insurance.

Rick's interests include most outdoor activities, camping, hiking, swimming, health and fitness.
