In an effort to minimize the spread and flatten the curve of COVID-19, all Interlake offices will be closed temporarily to walk in services.
All clients are asked to call or email us to handle any enquiries you may have including General Insurance Transactions and the following Autopac Transactions:
New registration and policy application (including rental vehicle insurance and temporary registration)
Renewal of a driver’s licence
Reapplication of a lapsed driver's licence
Manual reassessment of an active or lapsed driver's licence
Driver's licence replacement
Basic ID card replacement (no information changes)
Vehicle insurance coverage renewal, reassessment, reactivation, reapplication
If you require assistance with another service not available by telephone or email, please call your local office to schedule an appointment.
Individuals will not be able to visit the office if they:
have traveled Internationally in the last 14 days or had contact with an individual who has travelled Internationally;
have had sustained contact with an infected individual or someone who has been quarantined due to exposure to COVID-19;
are under self-monitor or self-isolation;
are experiencing cough, fever or flu like symptoms.
